-unrealistc car destruction model

Didnt play Flatout2 or any of its predecessors, but looking from some screenshots, this is indeed a massive visual update to bring it on par with the big guns.
Unlike the realistic GRID, this offer a more arcade like action racing, where killing your driver simply respawn you in the track in no time.ALthough you do get killed permanently from the race, its is barely possible unless your opponent intentionally tries to crush you.Which of course leads to me pulling off pervetic stunts in impossible driving tracks, ranging from plane junk yards to shopping mall.
And there is the derby mode, which objective is to kill every other driver in a deathmatch like map.Although it get boring and repetitive after a few matches, you will still return for more another day to taste this new innovative and brutal way of driving. There is also the stunt mode, which is pretty lame and forgetable so i will skip on explaining it.
Since i play it on a rumblepad2, the driving is pleasant and makes me crave for burnout on pc even more. And this will probably satisfy your thirst for road rage for alittle while waiting for burnout hit pc this christmas season.Theres some complain of this game being just a cosmetic upgrade for FLatout2, but i couldnt testify this statement since this is the first game i played in this franchise.Great for some explosive mindless driving, but if you are about to go for driving test tomorrow, i suggest you play GRID.

Is it me , or the race track looks like a di.........
