Random brain farts on tech, games and gunpla: Fallout 3:Anchorage review

A game featuring a game simulation within it, and poking fun at the very genre?IMBA sidekick, instant disappearing corpse, visible area barrier, stupid looking health and ammo dispenser and dialogue options telling the AI that they are actually living in a simulation?OMGWTFBBQROFLCOPTOR!!
No i m not trying to be sacarstic at criticizing the game flaws, but it is actually a intended feature to make the player to laugh at themself playing the exact same type of flaws ridden simulations while your main character is whinning why the fuck he/she has to go through such hell.Humor aside, the visual change drastically is like from a barren sandy waste land of the totally annihilated iran to beautiful snowing christmas in russia.Ok you get the idea. After depleting more than 40 hours of my life on fallout3 and still counting as i still cant bare to complete its main story line as the game would end and my life would be meaningless, Anchorage DLC keeps things interesting after you have massacre so many cities, the only populated town is the ten penny tower...
As you already know, this is about a simulation, and its regarding the war on alaska before the nukes start falling like candies.Instead of our beloved mother russia, father peasants of china is taking the war to uncle sam.And of course, its up to you, the non existant guy that pop up from thin air to stop them.Take down the 3 massive orbital cannon like artillery and you will be brought to a american general so you can persuadehim that he is in a simulation and why he souldnt be so serious about this war.Obviously he is programmed to ignore you and give you the order to kill those peasant strongholds anyway, so there you go.Promotion to an officer with no fatter payroll and needs to take out 3 more poorly guarded encampment filled with some cool made in china armor that fails epically.In this simulation, ammo and health is extremely abundant allowing you to blaze through in 2 hours time and you will be rewarded...with gears in the real world!
OMG, oops. The real world is still a post apocalyptic simulation called, fallout3...NOOOOO!!!!
