What happen when the ex developers from diablo franchise and EA publisher get together in a reluctant marriage.All hell break lose.

Gameplay -5/10
Good
-"Just 1 more quest" feeling
-Random item feature is cool
-Creation of floormap on the fly add replayability value(more on that later)
-Carnage!Think RPG version of serious sam

-Unable to complete game,main quest will get stuck(WTF guys?)
-Rather interesting story but badly told.
-Items doesnt get auto locate in bag,so after you see a legendary item drop,you happily sort out your bag and when you look up, a demon bite your head off.Nice!
-When you are talking to quest giver, they are joking about their sex partner for 30 seconds while you struggling to read the quest desciption.But thank god the quest isnt related to killing his sex partner or something.
-monotous quest other than the main quest line with slightly more variety.
-Melee class overpowered

-Nice sound effect when you are a ghost
-melee combat sounds good

-Guns sounds like toy gun.
-So demons keep quiet when you shoot at them?

Graphics -2/10

-Nice outdoors
-interesting demon design

-EXTREMELY poor texture
-repeative environment even with random floor plan
-poor enemy annimation
-poor spell and combat animation
-poor user animation,you are floating when you are suppose to be running.I still thought i m not gonna get this type of shit when we enter 21st century
-No interesting shaders nor lighting
-Gunfires can suddenly stop being animated on enemy.
-Weird frame rate drop to around 10 fps(i m running 8800gt=.=)
-Massive memory leaks(i m on 4gb ram and XP!)
-So to conclude them all,why add dx10 codepath when you cant even do dx9 properly?Better lighting?Depth of field?They all can be done with dx9 that you didnt even utilise to the fullest!

Overall -4/10
Only selling point is the gameplay and you could get stuck in the singleplayer?Terrific!Tons of bugs and shortcomings,you goto be god damn patient to enjoy this game(before it get stuck).And i must emphasize this is not the sucessor for diablo2,not even close to it.Whatever the reason may it be, this is definitely the most disappointing game for 2007.Maybe i will wait a few weeks more to let them patch the crap before playing again.
